Yes, there is quite a bit of an emphasis on sex. But I find those views refreshing and helpful. A man should enjoy a healthy sex life. So some guidance for men to help them achieve that seems good to me.

Also, they do discuss a number of other topics besides sex that serve to increase a man's potential for happiness.

I do agree, that sometimes too much talk of sex is a turnoff. I just move on from too much.
